University Triangle CID possibility

Emory Morsberger, from Morsberger Revitalization, presented a compelling plan to create a Community Improvement District (CID) in Chamblee. The CID is tentatively named “University Triangle”.  Richard Swindle, Senior Vice President at Mercer University initiated the project with Morsberger.
