Emory Morsberger, from Morsberger Revitalization, presented a compelling plan to create a Community Improvement District (CID) in Chamblee.
The CID is tentatively named “University Triangle”. Richard Swindle, Senior Vice President at Mercer University initiated the project with Morsberger. The area included roughly forms a triangle with Oglethorpe University, Mercer University and the northern sections of Emory campus.
